It is currently limited to name, email, picture, gender and etc., metadata field in user object (https://docs.mongodb.com/stitch/users/). The customer are unable to consent other additional scopes now.
Please allowing the more flexible way to managing the user metadata.

We have an upcoming improvement planned in which you will able able to map data from a Atlas collection to a user and then that data will be pulled into the user object on authentication and available in SDKs, Functions, and Rules.
