Ability to change from email address

I have been testing a basic app with a couple of clients and neither confirmed their email address after registering as the confirmation email came from no-reply+stitch@mongodb.com and was in no way related to the application as far as they knew. Obviously this isn't ideal. I think the ability to at least set a 'Sender Name' would be a lot better?

You may now set-up custom confirmation and reset functions in Stitch and can use these to send email from SES or a similar service.

Hi James – This is functionality that we are considering for a future improvement. For you (and other folks interested in this) would supplying your own e-mail sending account (such as SES) for fuller configuration options be an acceptable solution?

james cooke: Hi James – The solution that we are considering is creating the ability for you to write a custom function for user confirmation. This would let you create an e-mail or any other flow that you would like. This is on deck now, so hopefully should start progress soon.
