Hi Folks!
As part of our upcoming re-brand of "Stitch" to "Realm" we'll also be migrating our feedback forum and joining the rest of MongoDB at feedback.mongodb.com, as part of that transition, we'll be shutting down this forum. We're still keeping track of this feedback and all of the related comments/discussions, but all future updates will be made here:

Hi All – Seems like consensus within this ticket is that folks would like transaction support within the Stitch SDKs so I have updated the title of this item accordingly. As an update, support for MongoDB Transactions within Stitch Functions is now a planned roadmap item and we are hoping to deliver it later this year. However, supporting Transactions within the Stitch SDKs will be significantly more complex and is still currently a backlog item. We will monitor this item for support as well as use cases as we continue to plan the future of Stitch.

I would like to see this as I am currently trying to query a Photos table filtered and use the results to match against a UserLikes table all in one query. I would also like it on the SDK side.

actually both, but will be better if sdk side can control it so that function will behave with the same transaction

Hi James – Are you looking for transactions within Stitch Functions or within the Stitch SDKs?
