get stitch logs from cli

Debugging could be improved if there were better ways to view stitch logs, and/or updates to the UI would be nice, but if we could have access to stitch project logs from the cli we could format the output however we want. (Or both :D)

Bennett Rasmussen At the moment alternativelyly to the CLI you can get the logs using the API https://docs.mongodb.com/stitch/admin/api/admin-v3/#logging-apis

manuelfo: Great suggestion! I just got it to work that way 👏 it could still be a welcome addition to the cli but great what a good resource on that admin api, I'll be utilizing that now 😁
