Hi All – We have now released Scheduled Triggers within Stitch and it is live within the Triggers page of the UI. You can find more details here: https://docs.mongodb.com/stitch/triggers/scheduled-triggers/

This is a great idea. For the time being I am using cron-job.org - it is free and, from what I can tell so far, of good quality. However, it would be great if Stitch can bring it in-house; the ideal of serverless is somewhat defeated if users have to introduce their own servers :-)

Work on this improvement has just started and we are planning release within the next 2 months.

Looks like I have two accounts now. Anyway, thank you for planning this feature. It would be still useful for me.

Hi Leon –
We are considering this work for the second half of the year. In the meantime, there are many 3rd party hosted CRON services that you should be able to work with. Have you considered using an external CRON service to hit a Incoming Webhook within a Stitch HTTP service?
Thanks,
Drew

Drew DiPalma:
Hi Drew,
thx! I deployed a simple node application which does the job.
Sounds good that it is planned for second half of the year.
